1. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Detailnou. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Service Execution We perform the agreed car detailing services to the best of our knowledge and ability, with attention to the highest quality. We strive to deliver your car in the best possible condition. However, we are not liable for existing damage, scratches, dents or defects to the vehicle that only become visible after our treatment. We will always discuss the condition of the car with you before we begin.
3. Prices and Payment All prices on our website include VAT. Payment for the service must be made immediately after completion of the work. You can pay by cash , PIN or online payment .
4. Liability We are only liable for damage to the vehicle that is a direct result of a demonstrable fault in the performance of our service. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our business liability insurance. The customer is responsible for reporting any loose or non-original parts, such as spoilers, antennas or decorative strips, in advance.
5. Cancellation and Force Majeure You have the right to cancel an appointment. We ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can reuse the reserved time.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed amount .

In case of a 'no-show' (not showing up for the appointment without cancellation), we will charge 100% of the agreed amount .
In case of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions or illness), we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment. We will contact you as soon as possible.
6. Complaints and Disputes Are you dissatisfied with the service provided? Please report this to us in writing within 24 hours of the treatment. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.
