Because the nature of our services does not lend itself to a 'return', we do not offer refunds for completed work. However, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and therefore we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee: We encourage you to inspect the car with us immediately after the treatment. If you are dissatisfied with the result at that time, we will make the necessary adjustments on the spot to remedy this. We do everything we can to guarantee that you leave satisfied and proud.
Cancelling your appointment You have the right to cancel your online appointment within 14 days of booking. We kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible via email or telephone.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed amount .

In case of a 'no-show' (not showing up for the appointment without cancellation), we will charge 100% of the agreed amount .
